Senior Superintendent
Baltimore
$115,000 - 130,000 + Progression to General Superintendent + Benefits Package + 401K + PTO + Technical Leadership Training

The company are a leading organisation in Maryland, & their goal is to grow & expand the business to new areas & ventures. They will need to push people through the ranks in order to accommodate this growth, providing the right person with excellent opportunities to achieve promotions & progress with the business.
This role will require you to lead from the front in the field & be the primary point of contact for onsite queries & questions. Ensure all superintendents are running the site in accordance with the schedules & blueprints. You will need to coordinate & organise subcontractors with the project & superintendent team whilst ensuring onsite safety is adhered to at all times.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Senior Superintendent looking for a company that is offering excellent technical progression & an ambitious, yet supportive culture. They have exciting plans for the future, giving the right person opportunities to develop technically.
Role:
- Organise & coordinate superintendents, subcontractors & site team
- Always ensure site safety
- Scheduling, reporting & daily inspections to make sure the project moves along as planned
- Progression into General Superintendent
The Person:
- Experienced working with a Commercial General Contractor or an Interior Contractor
- Experienced with new construction & renovations
- Open to working in Washington DC, Northern Virginia & Baltimore
- Excellent communication, organisation & software skills
