Heavy Civil/Construction projects
Clinton - Communtable from Washington DC, ALexandria, Arlington & Baltimore
$125,000 - $150,000 + Career progression + Excellent Bonuses + Growing company + Truck with fuel card + 401K + PTO + Additional Vacation days

Are you a Construction Superintendent wanting to work for a growing, market leading company? Are you a Superintendent that wants technical training & progressive development?
The company are a leading contractor in Maryland, & their goal is to double turnover & expand their services to cover the whole of the US within their market, whilst maintaining the highest quality.
This role will require you to run projects between $50M - $150M whilst organizing a variety of large site team & subcontractors. Along with this, you will need to have the ability to hold safety talks, complete RFI's, handle materials & site deliveries whilst carrying out progress reports.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Superintendent within the Heavy Civil industry looking for a company that is offering excellent technical progression & operates within an ambitious & supportive culture. They have exciting plans with an excellent pipeline across the next few years giving the right person a fantastic opportunity to grow & progress technically.
Role:
* Ensuring the onsite team & subcontractors are completing necessary responsibilities to achieve project success
* Delegation & orchestrating construction related responsibilities on site - subcontractors, suppliers, reports, safety talks, deliveries RFIs etc
* Providing progress reports daily, weekly, monthly
* Progression into Senior & General superintendent &/or Project Manager
The Person:
* Experienced as a number 1 Superintendent
* Local to Prince george's County &/Or Baltimore
* Valid driver license
* Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal staff, subcontractors & clients
