$90,000 - $120,000 + Training + Progression to VP of Construction + Fantastic Benefits Package
Excellent role on offer for an ambitious Superintendent who is looking to join a dynamic, expanding General Contractor where you will work on high profile, exciting projects with a company that will progress you towards VP of construction.
Are you a Site Superintendent with marine construction experience, looking to join a rapidly expanding business and play a major role in the company growth, leading a 10 person strong team on exciting residential project along the coast of south east Florida?
This company are a newly established company and specialize within the marine construction industry. As a result company growth, they're looking to bring on a Site Superintendent to run their most exclusive construction projects.
This position is based out in the field, working a range of local sites. You will be tasked with overseeing a construction crew, attending different job sites, training new hires and ensuring the job is on schedule.
This would suit a Site Superintendent looking to work on local projects for a growing business at the forefront of their industry.
The role:
* Based out in the field working on projects in South-East Florida
* Leading a construction crew
* Project meetings with the Project Management team
