Testing Supervisor

£30,000 - £ £40,000 + Excellent Training + Monday - Friday (Flexible Hours) + Progression into Management
Excellent opportunity for a Supervisor or Team Lead to join a rapidly growing company who will actively invest in your Management Training and progression.
On offer is the chance to lead and mentor a small team to support this period of expansion, whilst receiving support from the company to grow and expand your own career.
Leaders in safety solutions, this company are cradle-to-grave manufacturers in their field and are looking for a new member of their team within their Testing and Development site. As well as manufacturing, this company invest into New Product Introduction within the market which you will actively be involved in.
The day to day of this role includes supervising a small team of technicians within the test centre, whilst also being involved in the design and testing of New Product developments. You will be seen as a mentor to those reporting to you, whilst supporting the business and different departments.
The ideal candidate for this role will have had Supervisor/Team Leader experience in a similar industry such as Construction/Fall Protection and/or Testing. Having a Health and Safety qualification such as an IBOSH or a NEBOSH is advantageous.
The role:
* Supervising in a Testing and Development Centre
* Supervising and mentoring a small team
* Supporting design and testing
* On site in Cradley Heath
* Monday to Friday days
The person:
* Supervisor experience
* IOSH/NEBOSH is advantageous
* Technical qualifications preferred (HNC/HND)
* Background in Construction/Fall Protection/Roofing/Testing preferred
