Workshop Manager
£45,000 - £55,000 + Further Training + Progression + Monday to Friday + Days Based + Company Benefits

Are you a Workshop Manager / Supervisor from an Engineering background, looking to take the next step in your career, and oversee the department, whilst playing a pivatol role in the companies future growth.

The ideal candidate will be from a Heavy Engineering background, looking to step up into a management position with a leading organisation.

- Managing a small team of engineers.
- Responsible for day to day Operations of workshop.
- Further training and progression.

- Mechanical, Industrial Lift, Hoist, Plant or Heavy Engineering background.
- Looking to step up into a management position.
- Commutable to Rushden.
