Excellent opportunity for a Workshop Manager to join a successful nationwide vehicle rental business, in a busy role where you'll be the key player in all decisions in a busy workshop.
On offer is the chance to manage a large, multi-disciplinary team where you'll have full ownership of all commercial activities, working for a company that incentivise long-term career progression and training.
Established over 40-years ago, this vehicle rental company have amassed a successful reputation, with serval sites across England. Due to internal promotions, they are seeking a Workshop Manager at their flagship site in Poole, to take them from good to great.
In this role, you'll be overseeing a multi-disciplinary team of technicians, MOT testers, administrators and apprentices. You'll be dealing with day-to-day management, scheduling and development of the workshop team. You'll also get involved with maximizing revenue levels, tracking parts and the management of the team with performance reviews and the recruitment & development of apprentices.

THE ROLE:
*Day-to-day management of a busy vehicle hire workshop
*Maximising revenue, tracking profits, ensuring H&S standard adhered to
*Management of staff - performance reviews, recruitment, training
THE PERSON:
*People management experience
*Motor Technician (Cars/LGV/HGV/PSV - any background)
*NVQ Level 3 in Mechanics
