Excellent opportunity for an experienced leading Sales professional, who is looking to be part top international company, within the area of Telecom Infrastructure and Data Centre business in Germany and EMEA region.
The company is a leading full-service provider of secured power supplies for the telecom, data centre, and industrial applications sectors. They have over 130 years of experience as the company group, working with clients around the world as a leading provider of energy supply solutions.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic and results-oriented Sales professional, who is currently leading the sales department, ideally within the EMEA region. You will be responsible for developing sales strategy, market analysis, revenue growth of a new sector, customer relationship management, and leading the Sales department for Germany and EMEA region.

The role:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives for the Telecom Infrastructure and Data Centre business segment in Germany / DACH.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to maximize their potential and drive results.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their requirements and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Drive business development initiatives, including identifying new clients, negotiating contracts, and expanding our customer base.
- Achieve revenue targets and profitability goals for the Telecom Infrastructure and Data Centre business in Germany / DACH.
The person:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the telecom infrastructure and data centre industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Fluent in German and English, other languages is a plus.
