Maintenance Manager
Wolverhampton
£40,000 - £56,000 + 4 on 4 off, Shift Pattern (5:30am-5:30pm) + Pension + Holidays + Excellent Company Benefits

On offer is the chance to manage a close-knit team of skilled engineers and oversee multiple improvement projects across the site which will directly impact the company achieving their long term goals.
This company are a leading company within the manufacturing sector and serve a list of household names and prestigious clients. They have been established for over 50 years and have amassed an exceptional reputation for the quality of their products. Due to continued expansion they are now looking to add to their specialist team.
The ideal candidates will be an experience Maintenance Manager or Engineering Manager, with a background in manufacturing or FMCG and an understanding of electrical maintenance.

The Role
*Maintenance Manager
*Overseeing the reactive repairs, preventative maintenance and installation of plant equipment
*Lean and continuous improvements
*Help develop, train and grow a team within an expanding business.
*4 on 4 off shift pattern, 12hrs
The Person
*Maintenance Manager/ Engineering Manager
*Experience overseeing preventative maintenance schedules
*Background working in manufacturing/ production (FMCG, Plastics, Packaging, Chemicals or similar)
