$140,000 - $170,000 + 10 - 15% bonus + Excellent Benefits

On offer is a varied role where you will be responsible for implementing process improvements and lean manufacturing techniques. You will lead a team of Assemblers, Manufacturing Engineers and Mechanical / Electrical Engineers.
This is a great opportunity to become an Engineering Director and develop technically thought tuition reimbursement schemes and progress up to C Suite level in the future.
The Role:
*Engineering Director responsible for a team of 50
*Production planning and introducing new lines
*Process improvements and implementing lean manufacturing
The Candidate:
*Manufacturing or Engineering or Production Manager
*Electronics manufacturing background
*Wants progression to Director / C Suite level
