Manufacturing/Production Manager
$80,000 - $90,000 + Progression to Directorship + 401k + Medical + Dental + Vision
Clewiston, Florida (commutable from: LaBelle, Belle Glade, Fort Myers)
Are you a Manufacturing/Production Engineer looking to take the leap into management, where you will work closely with the VP of operations, directly contributing to the process improvement & overall success of this bespoke manufacturing facility.

- Lead and manage process improvement initiatives across various departments

The Candidate:
- Experience process improvement implementation
- Experienced within a production or manufacturing facility
- Looking to advance into a senior leadership role with growth opportunities
