This multi-disciplinary Chartered construction contractor has had massive success in the industry, doubling its turnover year-on-year. They cover construction, refurbishment, and maintenance projects for public and private sector clients. The business has a dynamic and inclusive culture that encourages support, training, and development across all areas. Due to a significant period of growth, they are looking to hire an Operations Coordinator to work across all divisions.
In this role, you will support the Project Managers and be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to: organising and scheduling diaries, liaising with clients and subcontractors, adding purchase orders to internal systems, regular project reporting, and all necessary paperwork. This role will evolve over time, allowing you to upskill and progress your career significantly.
The ideal candidate will have administrative/project experience within the construction industry, you will suit a fast-paced environment and have a desire to develop and progress your career.
