Plant Supervisor
$60,000 - $70,000 + 401(k) + PTO + Management Training + Growth + Benefits package

Are you a Production Supervisor looking to step up into a Plant Manager role for a longstanding successful organization, offering management training and the chance to put your stamp on multiple departments?

The company are a well respected firm who value their staff to the highest degree. The company is a reputable local business and due to an exciting phase of growth and expansion they now require a Plant Manager to join the business.
In this role you will have the opportunity to oversee a small plant and ensure that the goals of safety, production quotas and regulatory compliance is met. Furthermore, you will have direct facility management on the daily and directly facilitate personnel in the daily operation of the plant.
This role would suit a Production Supervisor with experience in the manufacturing sector, looking to step up to be a Plant Manager and is looking to join a local, stable organization.
The Role:
- Provide leadership through workforce planning
- Implement facility improvement and provide regular feedback to your staff
- Conduct procedures to ensure they reflect operational requirements
- Manage a facility of 30+ employees
The Candidate:
- Leadership experience
- Knowledge and background of the manufacturing and disctribution industry
- Experience in dealing with customers
