Excellent opportunity for an experienced Product Manager, who is looking to be part top international company, with the overall responsibility for product and solutions related to all thing Networking.
The company is a leading full-service provider of secured power supplies for the telecom, data centre, and industrial applications sectors. They have over 130 years of experience as the company group, working with clients around the world as a leading provider of energy supply solutions.
The ideal candidate is a will be an experience Product Manager, who has working within telecom infrastructure and ORAN scope. You will have Strong understanding of telecom market dynamics and technology trends, with excellent analytics and project management skills.
In this position you will be ensuring the product offerings align with the latest industry standards while driving innovation and setting new benchmarks in the market. Also, you will be instrumental in driving the strategic initiatives and monitoring telecom trends and providing insights to keep the products relevant and competitive.

The role:
- You will be shaping product strategies based on your knowledge and experience to address market needs and technological advancements.
- Leveraging your ORAN expertise to guide the development of the telecom infrastructure solutions and ensure they align with industry standards.
- Staying informed about key telecom operators and technology vendors to ensure the products meet industry standards.
- You will be partnering with external and internal teams, particularly R&D & Business Development, to drive strategic innovation.
- Managing the lifecycle of telecom products from concept to market, applying your expertise to optimize performance and address issues.
- Monitoring telecom trends and providing insights to keep the products relevant and competitive.
The person:
- Successfully completed a Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years' experience in Product Management, with significant experience in telecom infrastructure solutions.
- Strong understanding of telecom market dynamics and technology trends.
- Excellent analytics, strategic thinking and project management skills.
- Fluent in English, B2 German and another European language or Mandarin is a plus.
